Delivering on a Promise of Everyday Easy

In May 2024, Christian Financial launched a new website (if you havenโ€™t explored it yet, give it a try!) with a brand promise front and center: Everyday Easy. The site includes a mobile-responsive, easy-to-navigate interface with helpful calculators and tools, along with an easier web chat feature. But more than a website, this has become our new rallying cry around our efforts to make your financial life easier.

Life is complex and many things can make it more difficult. In the midst of the hurried pace of life, we aim to make your life simpler and more streamlined, with our approach to service and our suite of digital tools. In 2024 we also made great strides to align our internal systems to better service and communicate with our members. You likely have already seen the result from some of this movement, in the form of better email communication, easier forms, text messages and contact from our team. Soon you will also see a more personalized experience on our website.

Virtual Assistant Takes Service to A New Level

When our Member Solutions Center is closed, we realize it may be difficult to locate certain types of information. Our new AI-enabled Virtual Assistant is now able to answer more than 800 common questions quickly and easily โ€“ by phone, or via web chat. And soon, it will be able provide balances, transaction history, and other helpful info. This is an exciting step forward in enhancing our member experience and provide greater accessibility to accounts, anytime that is convenient for you.

Payments with a Tap

As part of our efforts to make payments quick and easy at the point of sale, we will also be rolling out contactless credit and debit cards to cardholders. Members will automatically receive a new, tap-to-pay enabled credit card when the current card is due to expire.  Tap-to-pay functionality is fast and seamless โ€“ plus, our integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others, creates a payments ecosystem that is secure, fast and convenient. The rollout of tap-to-pay cards started in late 2024 and will continue into 2025.
