How to Update Your Information

Having up-to-date information on file with CFCU is critical to making sure we can notify you about important changes to your accounts. A phone number, email, and a correct mailing address are very important to keep updated when you move or change addresses. The easiest way to update your information on file with CFCU is to log into Digital Banking and update it there.

If you do not have access to Digital Banking, you can also update your information online if you know a few pieces of information, including:

• Account Number (Any one will do – just make sure it’s an account number and not a Member Number)
• Date of Birth
• SSN
